Report a problem with a venue

In the app, open the venue and use Report a problem. You can also send feedback or report a bug from Profile. You need an account to send a report.

Download your data

In the app, go to Profile → Download my data. You get one file with your account, profile, saved venues, reports and photos.

Delete your account

In the app, go to Profile → Delete account and confirm. Your account, profile and saved venues are erased at once. Reports and photos you sent stay, without your name. If you uploaded a profile picture, remove it in Profile first, or ask us to remove the file. The privacy policy has the details.

Can’t open the app any more? Write to us from the email address of your account and we will delete it.
